What we collect
For the free Quick Scan we collect only the role and answers you enter — no personal details. For the Deep Career Scan, with your consent, we collect your name, phone, email, city, qualification, career goal, and any resume text or LinkedIn URL you choose to share.
Why we use it
To generate your personalised AI career report and to let an ONROL counsellor contact you about your learning path. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated purposes.
Consent
We process your personal data only after you give explicit consent at submission. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; we will stop processing and, on request, delete your data.
Who we share it with
Your contact details and scan summary are shared with the ONROL CRM so our team can follow up. We use trusted service providers for hosting, email, and AI processing that are bound to protect your data. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Scan and lead data is retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law. Imported public comments used for outreach research are retained for up to 12 months.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent. Email us to exercise any of these rights and we will respond within a reasonable period.
